Kentucky Horse Park Foundation Events - March and April
The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation is looking for several volunteers to help with the following events:
Old
Kentucky Nights
A program
designed for groups of 35 – 1,000 people. Guests receive souvenirs, take hay
rides and leisurely strolls through the park and enjoy various entertainment
options. Volunteers give tours on golf carts and occupy the Museum Desk to
answer questions for visitors.

Road to the
Horse
Volunteers
are needed to help with the "Ride the Park" fundraiser as stewards
and with registration. Stewards will drive golf carts around the designated
riding sections to respond to accidents and emergencies and to ensure safety.
Drivers are also needed to shuttle guests around the park during the main event.

Equine Youth Festival (Information
Booth Attendant)
Help represent the Kentucky Horse Park at their booth at
various shows. Answer questions for visitors and provide them with information
about the Park.

Hippity Hoppity Hunt at the Campground
Volunteers help with crafts, games, hiding eggs and more!

Tour Guide Training
Come learn the routes and information to give a great tour to
park guests. There are a variety of tours that you can sign up for throughout
the year after you have attend the training. Volunteers who have been tour
guides previously can come help with the training or come as a refresher!
