CRAVE - Sign Up By September 15

CRAVE is a 2 day festival featuring local food vendors of all ethnicities along with many different types of music.  It will take place Sept. 21-22 at Lexington's  Moondance Amphitheater-Beaumont Center.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit the non-profit organization FoodChain.  They are looking for 20 all-star volunteers that could serve as specific helpers to vendors. These volunteers would be paired up ahead of a time with their vendor to learn about the menu items they'd help serve and a bit more about how the food is made and what local ingredients are used. On the day of their shift volunteers would cover a 6 hour shift, selling the specific items for tickets at the festival, interacting with customers, and providing basic education on local food.  Transylvania sustainability office will  have a booth at the festival as well, and will also need volunteers.
