Update: The booth sign up is closed, all the children have hosts, but if you would like to volunteer by helping with decorations or directing traffic in the parking lot, please send an e-mail to Karen Anderson, kanderson@transy.edu by Saturday, Dec 1. If you are volunteering, please show up to the Campus Center between 12:30-1 pm.

Since 1992, Transylvania University has hosted Crimson Christmas, a holiday party for the children of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Bluegrass. In keeping with that tradition, residence life and the office of community service and civic engagement are teaming up to plan this year's event. Residence life will manage matching up the children with hosts, presents, Santa, etc. Office of community service and civic engagement manages the carnival. If your student organization would like to host a booth for the carnival at Crimson Christmas, complete the surveymonkey form by November 26.

If you would like to help host the children, talk to your Resident Assistant. If you do not live on campus and want to be involved, want to play some other role with Crimson Christmas, or just want more information, contact Karen Anderson or Ashley Gutshall.
