2014 Run for the Paws 5k - April 13
The
Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation presents the 2014 Run for the Paws
5k Run/Walk to Benefit the Clark County Animal Shelter, Sunday, April 13, at
2:00pm at the BCTC Winchester-Clark County campus (2020 Rolling Hills Ln,
Winchester, KY 40391). This event raises money and awareness for the Clark
County Animal Shelter. Animals will be available for adoption at the race, and participants
are encouraged to bring their friendly, vaccinated pets as well. Prize money of
$300, $200, and $100 will be awarded to the top three overall male and female
finishers.

for more information. If you preregister online, the cost is $25. Online
registration closes April 6. Race-day registration is $35. If you are participating
in the Clark County Wellness Challenge and preregister, the cost is only $10. Participants
are also asked to bring a donation item to benefit animals on race day.
