Kentucky Blood Center - Before September 5
The Kentucky Blood Center has a critical need for all negative types of blood. Donors who give blood before September 5 will still qualify for Transylvania's October 31 on-campus drive. To learn the details of donating, visit the KBC website, or call 800-775-2522. When you register, let them know you are part of the Transylvania University community and would like your donations to contribute on our behalf. Based on the number of total units collected by KBC since 2004, Transylvania is ranked #3 among colleges, just after Morehead State and Eastern Kentucky University.
Transylvania's sponsor code is 034-585. Giving the code to KBC staff when you sign up helps insure the donation counts towards our total.
