DLC and Carnegie Center /Mayfest- May 11-12
It’s time
for Mayfest! This annual event takes place at Gratz Park and the lawn of Transylvania’s
Old Morrison on May 11-12. A few community partners have requested volunteer support
for this event:

The Carnegie Center is looking for 4-30 people
willing to carry 15-18 tables on Saturday. They need them carried out of the
Carnegie Center between 10:15-11 am, and brought back into the Carnegie Center
between 4-4:30 pm. If you, or your team/group/class would be willing to help,

Downtown Lexington Corporation is looking for
volunteers to help at the children’s bounce house on Saturday and Sunday. There
is a possibility that if a group covers the shifts, Downtown Lexington
Corporation would donate the profits to the non-profit of their choice. If you are interested,
contact Laura directly at laura@downtownlex.com They need 1-2
volunteers for the shifts below:

Saturday:10:00a-12:30p
and 3:00p-6:00p
o
Sunday:
11:00a-1:00p, 1:00p-3:00p, and 3:00p-5:00p
