Derby Celebration at Kentucky Historical Society - May 4
The Kentucky Historical Society is looking for
volunteers on May 4 from 9am-1pm to help visitors make derby hats. Over 400
hats were made last year. No experience necessary. Assistance is needed with
gluing decorations and hat construction. The museum, Old State Capital and
Kentucky Military museum will be free to the public during this time. The event
will take place at the Thomas D Clark Center, 100 W Broadway, Frankfort, KY.
