Kentucky River Clean Sweep - June 15
The Kentucky River Clean Sweep
is a volunteer effort to clean up the 12-mile portion of the Kentucky River that
touches Fayette County. Local volunteers will clean this tributary of the
Ohio River, while many other volunteers
in Kentucky and neighboring states clean up their area of the river. Volunteers will be helping on the morning of June 15. Volunteers will receive breakfast, lunch
and a t-shirt, plus a chance to win prizes. For planning purposes, be sure to
